MoonSkill processes uploaded product photos only to create the preview or video you request. We do not use customer uploads to train models.

Storage and deletion

Input files and previews are retained only for the product workflow and are deleted according to the retention window shown in the studio. Final downloads may remain available for a limited period after purchase.

Account data

When you sign in, we store the email and account identifiers needed to authenticate you and associate purchases with your videos.
